𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 In the whirlwind of fast-moving companies, the pursuit of perfection is elusive. The true victory lies in making steady progress. 🚀 Having navigated the intense landscapes of electronics, R&D, and growth-stage companies, I know the relentless pressure to have all the answers, sprint at breakneck speed, and deliver flawlessly. But here’s what leadership has taught me: The best outcomes aren’t birthed from projecting flawlessness. They’re forged through honesty, humility, and trust. 💡 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 It stifles conversations, conceals the lessons hidden in mistakes, and stalls growth. In a world where technology, people, and strategies converge in constant flux, holding onto perfection is a recipe for disaster. A thought from Roald Kvam recently struck a chord with me: “𝐼𝑚𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑒.” And it’s true. The leaders who make an impact aren’t polished automatons. They’re the ones who own their mistakes, learn openly, adapt swiftly, and invite others to contribute—even when the path ahead is murky. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 - Owning my areas of ignorance. - Celebrating lessons from failures, not just victories. - Creating a safe space for voices to rise and innovations to flourish, especially when pressure mounts. It’s not always easy, but it’s genuine. And that’s how cultures of innovation, resilience, and true purpose are born. 𝗦𝗼, 𝗜’𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. 🔊 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫… 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝. In the tech world, everyone seems to be racing to be the loudest voice in the room. But I've learned that true influence stems from something quieter: intentional listening. Here's my story: As an introvert in business development, the chaos of networking always felt like a storm. I was never the loudest, rarely the first to speak. At first, I thought that was a weakness. But then I discovered a truth that altered my career trajectory. 💡 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. When you focus beyond the noise and truly hear someone, you're not just exchanging information, you're building trust. 🔍 𝐈𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐬. In high-stakes meetings, it's often what's left unsaid that matters most. By tuning into these nuances, you identify real opportunities. 🌊 𝐈𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦. In design and production, aligning diverse teams starts with understanding each player's perspective. Listening becomes your compass. Listening isn't just a skill—it's a strategic advantage. It's what turns introversion into an asset and transforms assumptions into clarity. Next time you find yourself in a whirlwind of voices, try this: dial down your own noise and truly listen. You might just find it opens doors you never knew existed. 🔗 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? 🌟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭: 𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 🌟 (𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑦 Roald Kvam 𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑟𝑒𝑓𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: "𝑇𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡 - 𝑆𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑜𝑟 𝑅𝑒𝑤𝑎𝑟𝑑?") In the fast-paced world of electronics, trust often seems like a reward you must earn through time, effort, and unwavering diligence. But here’s a revelation from 𝟒𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬: 👉 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧; 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭. 🚀 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬: You hand over a project to a rookie team member or partner not because they've proven themselves, but because you believe in their 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. Why? Because 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞. 💡 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲: ✅ People rise to the occasion, often exceeding expectations. ✅ A culture of ownership and innovation flourishes. ✅ Execution becomes a collective effort, driven by shared goals and mutual respect. ⚠️ This isn’t about being reckless. It’s about 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 to take initiative and make their mark. 🔍 So, the real question isn't, "𝐻𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑒𝑑 𝑚𝑦 𝑡𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡?" .....but rather, "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐰?" 💬 From my journey, the most profound transformations happen when trust is 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲. It’s where 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭 — for individuals, teams, and entire organizations. 🌱 Let’s plant the seeds of trust today..... ....and watch our industry soar to new heights ✨ #LeadershipMatters #ElectronicsManufacturing #TrustAndLeadership #HighPerformanceTeams #PurposeDrivenWork #InnovationCulture #ManufacturingExcellence #BusinessGrowth #StrategicLeadership #EmpowerYourPeople #TeamDevelopment

🔄 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 Thoughts from the heart of the Nordic-Baltic electronics scene. Here in our region, electronics manufacturing has always stood for precision, smart innovation, and rock-solid reliability. We’ve nailed down processes that are lean, standardized, and efficient. But here’s the thing I keep wondering: 👉 𝐴𝑟𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑒 𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑠 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑙𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑢𝑟𝑣𝑒𝑏𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑤𝑛 𝑎𝑡 𝑢𝑠 𝑡𝑜𝑑𝑎𝑦? With global supply chains flipping overnight, customers expecting more, and the push to be faster and greener—it’s clear our challenges aren’t just about tech anymore. They’re about adapting. From my time working across the Nordics and Baltics, I’ve seen top-notch systems stumble—𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. So, how do you lead when everything’s shifting? Maybe it means: • Dropping the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset • Making room for teams to learn across departments • Letting curiosity run wild—from the shop floor to the boardroom • Seeing uncertainty not as a threat, but as a signal to change The teams that thrive aren’t just chasing efficiency—they’re building muscle to adapt. That kind of strength calls for leadership that listens more, moves faster, and isn’t scared to shake things up. 💡 As we race ahead with digitalization, automation, and AI, maybe it’s time to rethink how we guide people through all this change. If you’re in electronics or manufacturing around here, I want to know—𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? #𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 #𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘀 #𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 #𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆𝟰𝟬 #𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 #𝗘𝗠𝗦 #𝗥&𝗗

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 “𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆” In our world, efficiency’s treated like some magic fix - faster lines, smoother processes, cheaper costs. On paper, it looks like the surest way to grow. But here’s the kicker I keep seeing: chasing efficiency too hard can actually backfire, making companies weaker instead of stronger. I’ve watched it happen in three ways: • 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Strip away every bit of “slack,” and the whole system snaps at the first hiccup - a delayed supplier, a last-minute design change, whatever. • 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Sure, it pads today’s margins, but it also kills the curiosity and experimentation that spark the big ideas down the road. • 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿. Picking the “cheapest” supplier might seem smart, but if it shackles your flexibility or causes quality headaches, you’re paying a hidden price. What I’ve learned? True efficiency isn’t about cutting every corner. It’s about building room to adapt, create, and grow. Because if efficiency leaves you fragile, it’s not efficiency - it’s a trap. 🔍 So, what’s your take - is real efficiency about trimming down, or making smarter choices that pay off later? #𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 #𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 #𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
