💎 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸. We live in a world drowning in info and speeding up all the time. Guess what’s the real edge now? Not better knowledge, not more experience, and definitely not just talent - it’s having clear, sharp thinking. Over the last few months, chatting with people, making tough calls, going through changes, one thing keeps hitting me: 👉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽. Here’s what I keep coming back to: 🔷 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 It’s easy to fall into traps - assumptions, biases, lazy thinking - that kill good decisions quietly. The best leaders don’t claim to have all the answers. They start by challenging their own ideas before poking holes in others’. Curiosity isn’t a nice-to-have anymore. It’s how you roll as a leader. 🔷 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 In tough talks, most folks react on impulse. Leaders pause and respond. Just taking a breath and clearing your head can flip a meeting, a negotiation, even a whole strategy. Calm isn’t weak. Calm is owning it. 🔷 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝘅, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘆 Talking well. Getting things done. Understanding money. Negotiating. Deciding. They all connect. When one gets better, everything lifts. Ignore one, and the whole thing drags. Modern leadership? It’s about blending, not just nailing one skill. 🔷 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 In any field - business, tech, change management - people trust leaders who think straight, listen hard, and speak with purpose. Partnerships aren’t about bossing people around. They’re about showing up fully. 🔷 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 → 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 → 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. Every time. None of this is some magical talent. It’s all something you can build. Every chat, every challenge, every choice is a shot to practice. If I had to pick one skill worth betting on for the next decade, it’s this: 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳. 👉 What mental or leadership skill are you working on right now? #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 #𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 #𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 #𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗢𝗳𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 #𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁

💭 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 In our high-speed world, where speed often equates to success, the true game-changer lies in the art of pausing. As leaders, we're wired to react swiftly - snap decisions, quick moves, go, go, go. But leading with intention? That's where the magic happens. It takes courage to hit the pause button and reflect. Recently, I stumbled upon a profound thought by Roald Kvam: “The pause isn’t weakness - it’s where wisdom starts.” This resonated deeply. Because the truth is, relentless hustle doesn't lead to innovation - it’s those moments of still reflection that ignite transformation. Here's what I've learned: • Before jumping to conclusions, gather the facts. • Before passing judgment, seek the full picture. • Before reacting, take a deep breath. In our fast-paced industries, overlooking a test can tank a product. In leadership, missing the pause can fracture trust. Pausing doesn't slow you down; it aligns your actions with purpose, ensuring your decisions are both thoughtful and impactful. Quiet is where wisdom whispers. 👉 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺? 𝗜'𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄! #LeadershipWithPurpose #ReflectiveLeadership #ElectronicsIndustry

🔥 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 “𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀” 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲 I came across Roald Kvam post on the 7 Red Flags of Strategy - and honestly: It hit me 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 Not because it was harsh or anything… but because I’ve messed up with a bunch of these red flags myself, whether advising, leading, or just being part of companies And let’s be real - most leadership teams trip over these same issues too So, let’s just call it what it is: 🚩 Most “strategies” aren’t strategies. They’re just task lists shoved into fancy PowerPoint slides. 🚩 We drown in data to dodge making real decisions. Analysis becomes our excuse for not having guts. 🚩 We try to make everyone happy. And end up with no real priorities. 🚩 We craft strategy far away from the folks who actually get it. 🚩 We hack together plans last minute because, “The board wants something now.” Newsflash: Microwave strategy equals microwave results. 🚩 We launch strategy like a circus show. Lots of hype, posters, slogans… then nothing. 🚩 Worst of all: it’s internal politics that quietly kills the plan. Not market shifts. Not competitors. Politics. Reading these felt way too familiar Even knowing these traps exist doesn’t stop us from stepping right into them - because the real enemy isn’t ignorance. 🔹 It’s comfort. 🔹 It’s ego. 🔹 It’s dodging the hard stuff while pretending to be “collaborative” or “thorough.” Here’s what keeps me grounded: ➡️ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲-𝗮-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱. 𝗔𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲. The moment we treat strategy like a checkbox instead of a daily habit, we start slipping. Slowly. Quietly. Costly So yeah - Roald Kvam post punched me in the gut. Because it reminded me strategy needs guts more than frameworks, action more than endless data, and brutal honesty more than everyone-agrees syndrome. And if we can’t call these red flags out in ourselves, it’s no shocker when the strategy falls apart way before the market even gets a chance. #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 #𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 #𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 #𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗢𝗳𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

🔹 𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 In a world driven by specialization, I discovered something surprising: real growth often comes from stepping outside your lane. Working in R&D taught me precision and problem-solving. But it was my interactions with neurodiverse individuals that revealed the magic of empathy and clarity. While leading projects across different industries, I learned to embrace change and humility. Each role, each challenge, was a new lens to view the world. Here’s what I found: The most profound lessons often come from unexpected places. 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 drilled discipline into my work ethic. 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 taught me the power of clear communication. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 pushed me to adapt and keep my ego in check. Mix these elements, and you get innovation that truly shines. I’ve realized that patience in tech leads to better innovation, and direct communication clears up leadership fuzziness. Systems thrive when treated like people. The takeaway? Your side projects and unique experiences aren’t distractions. They're power-ups. So, leverage every tool you have. Your varied experiences are the secret ingredients to building stronger teams and creating a more human future. 👉 𝗜’𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘃𝗲? #LeadershipWithPurpose #Neurodiversity #ElectronicsIndustry #InnovationMindset #CrossIndustryLearning #HumanCenteredLeadership

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲” One of the toughest parts of leading a company? It’s when you’re caught in that weird in-between spot — not quite sure which way to go. You’re torn between chasing big growth and holding tight to what you’ve already built. It’s a messy place. Numbers pull one way, people pull another, owners want different things, and the market doesn’t make it any easier. On one side, you have this big goal: crank up revenue fast. On the other, you’re navigating a market that’s slow to reward hustle — plus, your stakeholders sometimes have their own money issues to worry about. So here’s the tension: 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀? 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘂𝗽? 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲? What I’ve realized is this phase isn’t just confusion. It's like clarity is sitting on a fence, waiting for you to push it one way or the other. Both choices need guts: 🔹 Growth takes guts, belief, risk appetite, and resources. 🔹 Consolidation demands grit, patience, and the ability to swallow less-than-perfect numbers without freaking out. You can’t sugarcoat it and try to do both at once. That’s exactly where morale tanks, priorities get fuzzy, and your team starts guessing what you actually want. So what does leading here really mean? 🔹 Facing the cold, hard numbers without getting emotional. 🔹 Knowing what your team and org can handle without burning out. 🔹 Getting everyone — owners, leaders, crew — on the same page about how much risk they’re cool with. 🔹 Being straight up in your communication because people pick up on doubt long before you say it out loud. At the end of the day, the big question is this: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲? I’ve come to see this “undecided phase” as part of leadership you can’t skip. It forces you to call out assumptions. It drags tough talks into the light. And it clears the fog on what actually matters. But I want to hear from you: 👉 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆? 👉 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵, 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? 👉 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱? Seriously, I’d love to know how you deal with this tricky balancing act. #𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 #𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 #𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵
